Hotel Elephant Gallery is 15,000 sq ft office and warehouse building in SE1 close to Elephant and Castle and Borough.
We have a permanent Gallery space (1500 sq ft), event and project space (4000 sq ft) licensed until 2am and 5000 sq ft of vacant office studio space to let.
The available space is on three floors comprising of two open plan floors of approximately 1800 sq ft and the ground floor comprising of lobby and five smaller work rooms. There are kitchens and toilets on all floors.
The cost will be £15.00 per sq ft pa. This is inclusive of rates and power. This price may be negotiable dependent on size of rented area.
